In Vivo

Magrolimab (12-100 μg; once daily; 10 days; i.p.) exhibits anti-tumor activity in mice with Ewing's sarcoma[1].
Magrolimab (250 μg; once every two days; 7 weeks; i.p.) combined with trastuzumab (HY-P9907) can eliminate HER2 positive breast cancer cells in breast cancer mice and overcome the tolerance of trastuzumab[2].

Animal Model: Humanized and non-humanized ES xenograft NSG-SGM3 mice[1].
