Nipocalimab  (Synonyms: M281)

Nipocalimab (M281) is a fully humanized, recombinant, and non-glycosylated IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Nipocalimab can bind to the IgG-binding site of FcRn with high affinity and inhibit the transplacental transfer of IgG. Nipocalimab can be used in the research of fetal and neonatal hemolytic disease, myasthenia gravis, and various IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases^[1][2][3].

Nipocalimab (4-6 h) inhibits the transfer of IgG from the maternal to the fetal circulation in the human placental perfusion model^[1].

  Immobilized Human FcRn/FCGRT&B2M Heterodimer protein, His can bind Nipocalimab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 8.97 ng/mL.
• 
  Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5×10⁶ THP-1 cells labeling Nipocalimab (HY-P99037, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda Isotype Control (HY-P99992, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
