Pascolizumab binding of IL-4 inhibits IL-4 interaction with the alpha chain of the IL-4 receptor^[1].
Pascolizumab (0-10000 pM; 3 days) shows anti-proliferative activity with IC₅₀ values of 157, 377 pM for T-cell and Tonsil B-cell, respectively^[1].

  Immobilized IL-4 Protein, Human (HY-P70445) can bind Pascolizumab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 14.73 ng/mL.

  Flow Cytometry analysis of Raji cells labelling IL-4 (red) with Pascolizumab (HY-P99801). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control.
