Tidutamab  (Synonyms: XmAb-18087)

Tidutamab (XmAb-18087) is a humanized and affinity-optimized bispecific antibody (bsAb) targeting SSTR2 binding domain and T-cell binding domain (CD3). Tidutamab possesses a full Fc domain to maintain long serum half-life.Tidutamab eliminates SSTR+ tumor cells by stimulating redirected T cellmediated cytotoxicity (RTcC)^[1].

Tidutamab (XmAb-18087; 0-100.000 ng/mL) binds to human SSTR2+ CHO cells with an ED₅₀ value of 2.2 μg/mL and mediates T cell killing of SSTR2+ target cells^[1].

  Immobilized SSTR2 Protein-VLP, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P700430) can bind Tidutamab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 61.59 ng/mL.

  Immobilized CD3 epsilon Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P70506) can bind Tidutamab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 443.3 ng/mL.

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1×10⁶ Jurkat cells labelling CD3E (red) with Tidutamab (HY-P99562). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control.
