In Vitro

1,4-Dihydroxy-2-carbomethoxy-3-prenylnaphthalene-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside has no inhibitory of DNA topoisomerases I and II[1].
1,4-Dihydroxy-2-carbomethoxy-3-prenylnaphthalene-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside has no cytotoxicity with A549, SK‑OV‑3, HepG2, and HT-29 cell lines (all of IC50>100 uM)[1].
