In Vivo

Anti-Mouse CD48 Antibody (HM48-1) (200 μg, i.p., at days 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, and 28) blocks CD48 and fails to have any impact on the elimination of myeloma in mice^[1].
Anti-Mouse CD48 Antibody (HM48-1) (200 μg, i.p., at days 6, 9 and 12) attenuates EAE in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice models^[2].
Anti-Mouse CD48 Antibody (HM48-1) (300 μg/dose, i.p., at days -1 and 2) reduces the numbers of peripheral blood (PB) leukocytes and PB lymphocytes in mice with engraftment of congenic marrow^[3].

Animal Model:	Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice models^[1]
Dosage:	200 μg
Administration:	Intraperitoneally injection, at days 6, 9 and 12
Result:	Delayed onset and diminished severity of EAE. Revealed few lesions and CD4⁺ T cells in the CNS. Reduced IFN-γ, TNF-α and IL-17A levels. Reduced 2D2 CD4⁺ T cells in the spleen, blood and LNs and reduced 2D2 CD4⁺ Teff numbers and proliferation.
