Anti-Rat Kappa Immunoglobulin Light Chain Antibody (MAR 18.5) (100 or 200μg, i.p., single dose, 1 h after injection of CD4/CD8 mAb) enhances the depletion of CD4+ or CD8+ T cells after injection of CD4/CD8 mAb in female DBA/1 mice[2].
