Drozitumab (PRO 95780) is a human agonistic monoclonal antibody which binds the death receptor DR5. Drozitumab has potent antitumor activity against rhabdomyosarcoma^[1][2][3].

Drozitumab selectively eliminates cancer stem cells (CSCs), resulting in tumor growth inhibition and even regression of pancreatic tumors^[3].
Drozitumab induces apoptosis in mesenchymal TNBC cell lines but not in cell lines from other breast cancer subtypes^[1].

  Human IgG1 lambda

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X10⁶ HEPG2 cells with Drozitumab (HY-P99286, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda, Isotype Control (HY-P99992, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
