Raludotatug is a humanized anti-CDH6 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Raludotatug has antitumor activity and can be used to synthesize the ADC molecule Raludotatug deruxtecan (HY-164734)^[1].

The ADC molecule Raludotatug deruxtecan (HY-164734) is composed of the humanized anti-CDH6 IgG1 monoclonal antibody Raludotatug, a cleavable GGFG tetrapeptide linker, and the topoisomerase I inhibitor DXd (HY-13631D). Raludotatug deruxtecan can be used for research on tumors such as ovarian cancer and renal cancer^[1].

  Immobilized Human CDH6/K-Cadherin, His Tag can bind Raludotatug. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 11.54 ng/mL.
• 
  Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ SK-OV-3 cells with Raludotatug (HY-P990028, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
