Tositumomab (Anti-Human CD20 Recombinant Antibody) is a mouse-derived IgG2a monoclonal antibody, targeting to human CD20. Tositumomab can deplete B cells. Tositumomab can be used for the research of cancer, such as lymphoma^[1][2].

  Flow Cytometry analysis of Raji cells labelling CD20/MS4A1 (red) with Tositumomab (anti-CD20/MS4A1) (HY-P99326). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P8005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG2a (HY-P99978, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
