Zuclomiphene is a cis isomer of Clomiphene citrate (HY-B0463). Zuclomiphene is orally active and has an antiestrogenic effect. Zuclomiphene can reduce cholesterol levels. Zuclomiphene can be for the researches of endocrinology and metabolic disease[1][2].

In Vivo

Zuclomiphene (4-40 mg/kg, i.g., daily for 90 days ) reduces testes Rweight in male mice[1].
Zuclomiphene (30 mg/kg, i.p., twice a week) reduces cholesterol content in rats[2].
