Alisol F 24-acetate is a triterpene compound that can be isolated from the rhizomes of Alisma orientalis. Alisol F 24-acetate inhibits the secretion of HBV surface antigen HBsAg and HBeAg with IC50 values of 7.7 µM and 5.1 µM. 体外実験

Alisol F 24-acetate (5, 10 and 20 µM; 24 h) increases the chemosensitivity of Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) with dose-dependent manner in MCF-7/DOX cells[2].
Alisol F 24-acetate (5, 10 and 20 µM) increases the accumulation of doxorubicin with dose-dependent manner in MCF-7/DOX cells. Alisol F 24-acetate (10 µM) increases absorption of Digoxin (HY-B1049) (AP-BL) and decreases secretion of digoxin (BL-AP) in the Caco-2 cell monolayer[2].

Cell Viability Assay[2]

Cell Line: Caco-2 cells and MCF-7/DOX cells.
Concentration: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 µM.
Incubation Time: 24 h.
Result: Significantly inhibited the cell viability (100 µM).

Apoptosis Analysis[2]

Cell Line: MCF-7/DOX cells.
Concentration: 5, 10 and 20 µM.
Incubation Time: 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 h.
Result: Promoted the doxorubicin-induced apoptosis with time and dose dependent manner.
