Anti-Mouse/Human/Rat/Monkey/Hamster/Canine/Bovine TGF-β Antibody (1D11.16.8) (25 μg/mouse, i.t., at days 4, 7, 11, 14) suppresses tumor growth combined with PD-1 in B16F10E-knockout tumor mice models^[2].
Anti-Mouse/Human/Rat/Monkey/Hamster/Canine/Bovine TGF-β Antibody (1D11.16.8) (1-10 mg/kg, i.p., daily for 5 days) reduces renal fibrosis in unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) mice models^[3].

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ Raji cells with Anti-Mouse/Human/Rat/Monkey/Hamster/Canine/Bovine TGF-β Antibody (1D11.16.8) (HY-P990107, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/50 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG1 kappa (HY-P99977, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
