Descripciòn

DOPG sodium is a naturally occurring anionic phospholipid, containing oleic acid (18:1) inserted at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions. DOPG can form a lipid bilayer in an aqueous solution and is used in the generation of micelles, liposomes, and other artificial membranes. DOPG also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties[1].

In Vitro

DOPG (100 μg/ml, 2 h) inhibits expression of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in keratinocytes stimulated with recombinant S100A9[1].
