Elotuzumab  (Synonyms: HuLuc 63; PDL 063; BMS 901608)

Elotuzumab (HuLuc 63) is an IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the SLAMF7 receptor. Elotuzumab exerts antitumor activity by activating natural killer cells and inducing antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. Elotuzumab can be combined with Lenalidomide (HY-A0003), Dexamethasone (HY-14648), etc., for the research of tumors such as multiple myeloma^[1][2].

Elotuzumab (0.1-10 μg/mL; 4-20 h) upregulates the expression of CD107a, CD69 and CD54 on NK cells, and promotes the secretion of IFN-γ and TNF-α in a co-culture system of human PBMC and OPM-2 cells^[2].

  Immobilized Human CS1 can bind Elotuzumab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 20.87 ng/mL.
• 
  Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ MM.1S cells with Elotuzumab (HY-P9965, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
