    D-Tryptophan

Endogenous Metabolite Ligands for E3 Ligase Metabolic Disease
H-D-Trp-OH (D-Tryptophan) is the D-isomer of tryptophan, which is occasionally found in natural peptides, such as marine toxin peptides. H-D-Trp-OH can increase intestinal microbial diversity and counteract the inhibitory effect of allergic airway inflammation on intestinal microbial diversity .

    Dextran 3; Dextran D3; Dextran T3(MW 2400-3600)

    Bacterial Others
Dextran T3 (Dextran 3; Dextran T3(MW 2400-3600)) is a neural tracer and intestinal permeability probe that can move anterogradely and retrogradely in neuronal axons by passive diffusion. Dextran T3 (MW 3,000) is able to permeate across the intestinal epithelial cell membrane in the presence of cholera toxin-induced cytoskeletal disturbance. Dextran T3 (MW 3,000) is used as a fluorescent marker to rapidly label developing neurons (such as Xenopus retinal ganglion cells) and to assess intestinal barrier function. It can be used to study axonal transport in neuroanatomy and permeability changes in intestinal pathophysiology. The Dextran series of compounds are also natural polysaccharide drug carriers that can be connected to drugs through covalent bonding methods such as ester bonds, amide bonds or click chemistry, or self-assembled to form carriers such as nanoparticles and hydrogels. Dextran is biodegradable and biocompatible, and can achieve targeted delivery and controlled release of drugs. Dextran derivatives can prolong the half-life of drugs, increase local concentrations, and reduce the activity of immune clearance .

Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Metabolic Disease
Biliatresone is a natural toxin isolated from Dysphania glomulifera and D. littoralis. Biliatresone, a 1,2-diaryl-2-propenone class of isoflavonoid, produces extrahepatic biliary atresia in a zebrafish model .

    Calcium Channel Cardiovascular Disease
Calciseptine is a natural polypeptide toxin found in the venom of the black mamba snake (Dendroaspis p. polylepis). Calciseptine is a highly effective and selective blocker of the L-type channel of the Cav1.2 subtype, with an IC50 value of 92 nM. Calciseptine has no effect on Cav3.1, Cav2.2, Cav2.1, Cav1.1, voltage-sensitive sodium channels and potassium channels. Calciseptine exhibits negative inotropic and negative relaxant effects on mice, and does not affect heart rate or the action potential of sinoatrial node pacemaker cells. Calciseptine can be used for research on cardiovascular diseases[1].

    (+)-trans-NRDC-143; (1R)-trans-Permethrin

    Insecticide Others
(+)-trans-Permethrin ((+)-trans-NRDC-143) is a pyrethroid which is synthetic derivative of the natural toxins pyrethrins contained in the flowers of Chrysanthemum species .

    Others Inflammation/Immunology
GM1a Ganglioside oligosaccharide is a semisynthetic form of ganglioside GM1. Ganglioside GM1 is the natural receptor for cholera toxin and plays an important role not only in general growth regulation but also in the coupling of hormone-induced responses .

6-Hydroxytropinone is a cyclic hydroxylation product of Tropinone (HY-Y0135), and serves as an indicator for tropane alkaloid metabolism in plants or microorganisms. 6-Hydroxytropinone itself has no significant anticholinergic toxicity, nor does it act as a substrate for Tropine (HY-N7061) dehydrogenase .

    Bacterial Inflammation/Immunology
Tecomella undulata Extract, also known as Rohida extract, is a valuable botanical extract derived from the bark and leaves of the Tecomella undulata plant native to the Indian Thar Desert and is rich in bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, quinones, triterpenoids, and other phytochemicals that contribute to its diverse therapeutic properties. This extract is widely recognized for its hepatoprotective effects demonstrated through its ability to protect against liver damage induced by toxins such as paracetamol and carbon tetrachloride by normalizing elevated liver enzyme levels reducing oxidative stress and improving liver function. Additionally, it exhibits significant anti-inflammatory activity comparable to standard drugs like indomethacin and has been used to treat conditions like ascites and hepatosplenomegaly while also showing immunomodulatory effects by enhancing both humoral and cell-mediated immune responses and possessing antimicrobial properties that make it effective against various pathogens. Recent research suggests that Tecomella undulata may have potential in managing nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) by reducing body weight insulin resistance and improving liver function markers making it a versatile natural remedy with significant applications in hepatoprotection anti-inflammation and immune support.
