Acapatamab (AMG-160; 0-10000 pM; 48 h) induces T-cell activation and increases in CD25, CD69, 4-1BB, and PD-1 expression on T cells^[1].
Acapatamab (0-10000 pM; 48 h; T-cell) induces dose-dependent secretion of cytokines, including IL2, IL4, IL6, IL10, IFNγ, and TNFα^[1].
Acapatamab (0-10000 pM; 48 h) induces potent lysis of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-positive prostate cancer cell lines in cocultures with PBMC, with EC₅₀ values of 6-42 pM^[1].

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1×10⁶ Jurkat cells labelling CD3E (red) with Acapatamab (HY-P99418). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control.
