Anti-Mouse NK1.1 Antibody (PK136) (90 µg, on day 1 before tumor engraftment and on day 1, 4, 7, 14, 21 after Panc02 cells inoculation) can reduce the number of natural killer (NK) cells in male C57BL/6 mice bearing Panc02 tumors[1].
Anti-Mouse NK1.1 Antibody (PK136) (150 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, from week 7 to week 11) can improve non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) in male C57BL/6 mice fed with methionine- andcholine-deficient (MCD) diet[2].
