Recaticimab (SHR-1209) is a humanized IgG1 mAb that selectively targets PCSK9. Recaticimab (SHR-1209) is a humanized immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibody that binds to PCSK9 with high affinity, exhibiting target-mediated drug disposition (TMDD). After a single subcutaneous dose of 75-450 mg recaticimab, maximum serum concentration (Cmax) and area under the serum concentration versus time curve (AUC) from time zero to the time of last quantifiable concentration (AUC0-last) increased in a dose-dependent manner.

Biological Activity
  • Flow Cytometry analysis of Hela cells labelling PCSK9 (red) with Recaticimab (anti-PCSK9) (HY-P99822). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
