Sphingolactone-24  (Synonyms: Sph-24)

Sphingolactone-24 (Sph-24) is a selective and irreversible neutral sphingomyelinase (nSMase) inhibitor. Sphingolactone-24 has the potential for the research of acute lung injury^[1].

Sphingolactone-24 (50 µM; 30 min+24 h) inhibits LPS-induced p38 MAPK phosphorylation and antagonized the antiapoptotic effect LPS (HY-D1056)^[1].
