Pivekimab 

Pivekimab is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets interleukin-3 (IL-3) and CD123. Pivekimab is used to synthesize pivekimab sunirine, a CD123-directed antibody-active molecule conjugate (ADC). Pivekimab is used in the study of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN)^[1][2].

  Human IgG1 kappa

  Immobilized Human IL-3R alpha/CD123 Protein (ECD, His Tag) can bind Pivekimab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 6.14 ng/mL.
• 
  Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X10⁶ THP-1 cells with Pivekimab (HY-P99234, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
