Zinpyr-1 is a zinc-responsive fluorescent indicator and a membrane-permeable metal-binding probe. Zinpyr-1 forms a complex with Mn 2+ ions and generates a fluorescence turn-on signal. Zinpyr-1 binds to free zinc ions in serum, enabling quantitative detection of free zinc concentration. Zinpyr-1 produces fluorescence signals reflecting the relative zinc concentration in plant root cells, localizes to specific layers of plant root cells, and can be used to support analyses related to plant zinc transporter mutations and homeostasis [2] .

α-Lactalbumin is a globular whey protein that exists in milk. α-Lactalbumin binds Ca 2+, Mg 2+, Mn 2+, Na +, K + and Zn 2+ ions; among these, Ca 2+ binding enhances protein stability, while Zn 2+ binding reduces stability and induces aggregation. α-Lactalbumin forms amyloid fibrils, amorphous aggregates, nanoparticles and nanotubes depending on external conditions. α-Lactalbumin exhibits bactericidal and antiviral activities. α-Lactalbumin has anxiolytic and antidepressant activities, and its effects are enhanced under stress conditions [2] .

Sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase, Streptomyces sp. is a sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase derived from the genus Streptomyces, which cleaves the phosphodiester bond of sphingomyelin. Sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase, Streptomyces sp. catalyzes the hydrolysis of sphingomyelin in micelles, synthetic substrates, erythrocyte ghost membranes and liposomes, as well as the hydrolysis of the substrate HNP. In the presence of Mg 2+ or Mn 2+ , Sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase, Streptomyces sp. induces hemolysis of bovine erythrocytes through the hydrolysis of membrane sphingomyelin [2].

Calcium disodium edetate hydrate (EDTA disodium calcium salt hydrate) is a metal chelator and antifungal agent. Calcium disodium edetate hydrate chelates Mn 2+, damages mitochondria, and interferes with carbohydrate metabolic pathways, particularly the synthesis of pyruvate in glycolysis. Calcium disodium edetate hydrate inhibits Penicillium digitatum and delays conidial germination. Calcium disodium edetate (hydrate) enhances the host defense system of citrus fruits. Calcium disodium edetate hydrate is applicable to research related to citrus green mold [2].

Lipase, Aspergillus niger (Immobilized) is an immobilized triacylglycerol acyl hydrolase and biocatalyst. Lipase, Aspergillus niger (Immobilized) broadly catalyzes the hydrolysis of glycerol-long-chain fatty acid esters, exhibits positional selectivity for the 1,3-positions of glycerol, but shows low hydrolysis efficiency for castor oil. Lipase, Aspergillus niger (Immobilized) displays optimal activity at 45°C and pH 7.0, and remains stable at temperatures up to 60°C and over a broad pH range of 2.0-9.0. Lipase, Aspergillus niger (Immobilized) is activated by Ca 2+ and Mg 2+, but inhibited by Mn 2+, Fe 2+ and Zn 2+ [2] .

DOTA-bis(tert-butyl)ester is a DOTA-based metal chelator that can bind to radionuclides and is used to prepare radionuclide conjugates (RDCs). DOTA-bis(tert-butyl)ester can be conjugated with different salts to form different metal chelators, such as (HY-B1244) hydrochloride to obtain DOTA-MN2. DOTA-MN2 can be reacted with [67]Ga-citrate to obtain radiolabeling. When (67)Ga-DOTA-MN2 is incubated in phosphate buffer solution or mouse plasma for 24 hours, it does not undergo significant decomposition. In the biodistribution experiment of NFSa tumor mice, it has high tumor uptake and rapid plasma clearance, and is a good material for SPECT and PET studies.

EDTA disodium calcium salt hydrate; Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium calcium salt hydrate
|
Biochemical Assay Reagents
|
|
Calcium disodium edetate hydrate (EDTA disodium calcium salt hydrate) is a metal chelator and antifungal agent. Calcium disodium edetate hydrate chelates Mn 2+, damages mitochondria, and interferes with carbohydrate metabolic pathways, particularly the synthesis of pyruvate in glycolysis. Calcium disodium edetate hydrate inhibits Penicillium digitatum and delays conidial germination. Calcium disodium edetate (hydrate) enhances the host defense system of citrus fruits. Calcium disodium edetate hydrate is applicable to research related to citrus green mold [2].
