Varlilumab (CDX-1127) is an agonist anti-CD27 monoclonal antibody. Varlilumab can promote T cell expansion and activate the immune response. Varlilumab has anti-tumor activity and can be used in the research of hematological malignancies and solid tumors^[1][2].
