PD-1/PD-L1
PD-1/Programmed death-ligand 1
Programmed death-1 (PD-1) is a cell surface receptor that functions as a T cell checkpoint and plays a central role in regulating T cell exhaustion. PD-1 is activated by the engagement of its ligands PDL-1 or PDL-2. PD-1 receptor delivers inhibitory checkpoint signals to activated T cells upon binding to its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2 expressed on antigen-presenting cells and cancer cells, resulting in suppression of T-cell effector function and tumor immune evasion. Inhibiting the programmed cell death-1 (PD-1)/programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) pathway is an attractive strategy for tumor immunotherapy.
PD-1 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells (DCs), regulatory T cells (Tregs), and natural killer T cells (NKT). It is a member of a family of immunoglobulin domain (Ig) co-receptors that modify the outcome of activation of the T cell receptor by an antigen-presenting cell (APC) or infected target cell. PD-L1 is widely and constitutively expressed on both hematopoietic and nonhematopoietic cells; e.g., naive T and B cells, vascular endothelial cells, and pancreatic islet cells, whereas PD-L2 is exclusively and inducibly expressed on professional APCs.

Anti-Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (10F.9G2-Mouse IgG1)
0 ImagesCat. No.: HY-P99145AAnti-Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (10F.9G2-Mouse IgG1) is a recombinant chimeric version of the original 10F.9G2 antibody (HY-P99145). The variable domain sequences are identical to the original 10F.9G2 but the constant region sequences have been switched from rat IgG2b to mouse IgG1. Anti-Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (10F.9G2-Mouse IgG1) contains no Fc mutations just as the original rat IgG2b antibody does not. Anti-Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (10F.9G2-Mouse IgG1) blocks PD-1 signaling. Anti-Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (10F.9G2-Mouse IgG1) can be used for the research of cancer. -

Volrustomig
0 ImagesSynonyms: MEDI-5752Volrustomig (MEDI-5752) is a human IgG1 κ monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA4/PD1. The isotype control for Volrustomig is Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001). Volrustomig anchors to the surface of T cells by binding PD-1, induces PD-1 internalization and degradation, and preferentially inhibits CTLA-4 on activated PD-1+ T cells. Volrustomig binds to tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and a subset of PD-1+ B cells, enhances T cell function and IFNγ secretion. Volrustomig reduces the activation of non-tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and exhibits manageable toxicity. Volrustomig can be used in research on various cancers, such as non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer, hepatobiliary cancer, and cervical cancer. -
