Budigalimab
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Budigalimab (ABBV 181; PR 1648817) is a humanized, recombinant IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) receptor. Budigalimab has an Fc mutation that reduces the inhibition of Fc receptor interactions and effector factors. Budigalimab can block the binding of PD-1 and PD-L1, which has anti-tumor activity. Budigalimab can be used in the study of solid tumors.

Biological Activity
Human IgG1 kappa
Human
PDCD1/PD-1/CD279
Budigalimab releases T cell checkpoint inhibition and enhances T cell activity. Budigalimab induces the expression of multiple cytokines and chemokines, including IFN-γ, IL-6, CXCL9/CXCL10, which are involved in the activation and recruitment of T cells, promoting antitumor immune response[2].

Immobilized Human PD-1 Protein (ECD, His Tag) can bind Budigalimab. The EC50 for this effect is 1.43 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 10 ng/mL PMA and 1 μg/mL Ionomycin co-stimulated Jurkat cells(24h) with Budigalimab (HY-P99489, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
