Duvakitug  (Synonyms: TEV-48574; SAR-447189; TEV-574)

Duvakitug (TEV-48574) is a humanized IgG1-λ2 monoclonal antibody targeting to TNFSF15/TL1A. Duvakitug' main expression system is CHOK1SV cells endogenously expressing glutamine synthetase (GS). Duvakitug can be used in the study of Crohn's Disease (CD)^[1][2].

Duvakitug inhibits the binding of tumor necrosis factor -like ligand 1A (TL1A) to death receptor 3 (DR3), while DR3 is the key driver of inflammation and fibrosis^[3].

  Immobilized TL1A/TNFSF15 Protein, Human can bind Duvakitug. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 31.43 ng/mL.

  Loaded TL1A/TNFSF15 Protein, Human (161a.a, HEK293, His, HY-P78447A) on AHC2 biosensor, can bind Duvakitug with an affinity constant of 4.777E-10 M as determined in BLI assay.

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1×10⁶ MCF-7 cells labelling TL1A (red) with Duvakitug (HY-P990006). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda2 Isotype Control (HY-P990096, blue) was used as the isotype control.
