Ivonescimab (AK112) is a PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody. Ivonescimab competitively inhibiting PD-1/PD-L1 interaction, reversing the immunosuppression mediated by it, and blocks the binding of VEGF-A to VEGFR2, inhibiting tumour angiogenesis in the tumour microenvironment. Ivonescimab also has significantly anticancer activity against EGFR-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCL).

Beschreibung

Ivonescimab (AK112) is a PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody. Biological Activity
  • Loaded Ivonescimab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind PD-1 Protein, Human (143a.a, HEK293, His, HY-P7396) with an affinity constant of 2.252E-08 M as determined in BLI assay.
  • Loaded Ivonescimab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind FITC-Labeled VEGF165 Protein, Human (HEK293, C-His, HY-P701279) with an affinity constant of <1.000E-11 M as determined in BLI assay.
  • Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 HeLa cells labeling VEGFA with Ivonescimab (HY-P99675, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control.
