Izalontamab (5-46 mg/kg; i.v., every 7 days once, 4 doses in total) shows different anti-tumor efficacy in different types of tumors[1].

Animal Model: Female NOD/SCID mouse with SW48, FaDu and KYSE-150 xenografts[1]
Dosage: 10, 25 and 46 mg/kg (SW48); 5, 10 and 25 mg/kg (FaDu and KYSE-150)
Administration: Intravenous injection; 10, 25 and 46 mg/kg (SW48); 5, 10 and 25 mg/kg (FaDu and KYSE-150); every 7 days once, 4 doses in total
Result: Dose-dependently inhibited the growth of FaDu and KYSE-150 tumors at the dose of 10 mg/kg. Inhibited 63.6% SW48 tumor growth at the dose of 46 mg/kg.

Biological Activity
  • Immobilized Human HER3/ERBB3 Protein (ECD, His Tag) can bind Izalontamab. The EC50 for this effect is 1.98 ng/mL.
  • Immobilized Human EGFR Protein (ECD, His Tag) can bind Izalontamab. The EC50 for this effect is 2.53 ng/mL.
  • Flow Cytometry analysis of Hela cells labelling EGFR (red) with Izalontamab (HY-P99676). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
