Rilvegostomig  (Synonyms: AZD-2936)

Rilvegostomig (AZD-2936) is a bispecific humanized IgG1 antibody targeting PD-1 and TIGIT. Rilvegostomig induces tumor growth inhibition and modulates the tumor immune microenvironment. Rilvegostomig exhibits anti-tumor activity in metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (without prior immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment). Rilvegostomig can be used in research related to metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and endometrial cancer^[1][2][3].

Combination treatment with Rilvegostomig and Puxitatug samrotecan (HY-171689), with or without Saruparib (HY-132167), produces additive growth inhibitory effects on the RL95-2 endometrial cancer spheroid-T cell co-culture system in vitro^[3].

Combination of Rilvegostomig (mouse surrogate of Rilvegostomig; 10 mg/kg; i.p.; twice weekly) with Puxitatug samrotecan significantly inhibits tumor growth and improves survival in mice; when combined with Saruparib, its anti-tumor activity and immune microenvironment regulatory effects are further enhanced, as evidenced by increased intratumoral CD3⁺/CD8⁺ T cells, decreased MDSCs, and increased CD86⁺ macrophages^[3].

  Loaded Rilvegostomig on AHC2 biosensor, can bind PD-1 Protein, Human (143a.a, HEK293, His, HY-P7396) with an affinity constant of 7.216E-10 M as determined in BLI assay.

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ FaDu cells with Rilvegostomig (HY-P990704, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
