Concentration:	0.5, 5, 50 μg/mL
Incubation Time:	48 h
Result:	Contributed to cellular cohesion due to Focal Adhesions (FAs), interface between the actin cytoskeleton and extracellular matrix by overexpression genes involved in these processes. Resulted in increased production of elastin, and collagen type I. Showed similar high density of actin filaments in the whole cytoplasm area, even in peripheral parts.
