Nidanilimab (Nadunolimab)  (Synonyms: CAN04; Anti-IL-1RAP/IL-1R3 Reference Antibody (nidanilimab))

Nidanilimab (CAN04) is a fully humanized monoclonal anti-IL1RAP antibody with a K_d value of 1.10 pM. Nidanilimab blocks IL1α and IL1β signaling and stimulates the immune system to destroy tumour cells. Nidanilimab can be used in research of non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) ^[1][2].

Nidanilimab (CAN04; 20 µg/mL; murine MC38 colon cancer cells) has glycoengineered to mediate an enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC, EC₅₀<1 nM)^[2].
Nidanilimab (20 µg/mL; murine MC38 colon cancer cells) blocks IL1α and IL1β signaling with IC₅₀ values of 3.9 nM and 4.1 nM, respectively.
