[68Ga]Ac-CG6 (100 kBq; intravenous injection), formed by the conjugation of Maleimide-NOTA and the A20FMDV2 peptide, achieves high-affinity and specific αvβ6 integrin-targeted binding in mice, enabling clear PET imaging of αvβ6-positive PDAC xenografts[1].
