Plozalizumab  (Synonyms: MLN-1202)

Plozalizumab (MLN-1202) is a humanized anti-CCR2 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Plozalizumab blocks the recruitment of myeloid cells to the tumor microenvironment by inhibiting the CCL2/CCR2 axis. In addition, Plozalizumab also ameliorates synovial inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis. Plozalizumab can be used in the research of malignant melanoma and bone metastasis-related cancers. Recommended isotype control: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001)^[1][2][3].

Plozalizumab binds to the CCR2 receptor, it prevents the ligand CCL2 from binding to CCR2, thereby inhibiting monocyte/macrophage chemotaxis and inflammatory cell recruitment.

  Human IgG1 kappa

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5*10⁶ THP-1 cells labeling Plozalizumab (HY-P99781, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control.
