TRPV3 antagonist-1 (compound 7-9) (100 μM) selectively inhibits hTRPV3 channels in HEK293T cells over hTRPV1, hTRPV4, hTRPA1, and hTRPM8[1].
TRPV3 antagonist-1 (3-300 μM; 48-72 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity toward A549 cells[1].
TRPV3 antagonist-1 binds to TRPV3 through multiple hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions[1].
TRPV3 antagonist-1 (50 μM) inhibits the single-channel currents induced by 2-APB (30 μM)[1].
