15(S)-HPETE (0.1 μM; 24 h) reverses the pro-angiogenic effect of 15(S)-HETE in HUVECs, with reducing CD31 and VEGF production[1].
15(S)-HPETE (0.1 μM) significantly inhibits endothelial cell sprouting from rat epididymal adipose tissue explants[2].
15(S)-HPETE (1-20 μM; 3-24 h) inhibits the viability of K-562 cells (chronic myeloid leukemia cells) and induced their apoptosis[3].
