Zosurabalpin is a polypeptide antibiotic targeting LPS transporter (LptB2FGC complex), which can block the transport of LPS and lead to endotoxin accumulation in cells, and has shown excellent antibacterial activity against Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni (CRAB) [1] [2].

Zosurabalpin inhibits all Acinetobacter spp [4].
Zosurabalpin (0.01-10 μM; 24 h) inhibits LPS transport by wild-type LptB2FGC to LptA [3].
