体内実験

Netilmicin (PD50: <0.25->50 mg/kg; s.c.; once; 1 h after infection) sulfate shows in vivo antibacterial activity against many clinically important bacteria in CF1 mice, especially against strains resistant to Gentamicin (HY-A0276A) and Tobramycin (HY-B0441) that produce the adenylating enzyme ANT (2")[1].
Netilmicin (i.v.: LD50 of 40 mg/kg; i.p.: LD50 of 125 mg/kg; s.c.: LD50 of 175 mg/kg) sulfate has a higher acute toxicity than Gentamicin in mice[1].
