Xaluritamig (AMG-509) is a bispecific T cell engager and cytolytic agent with a Kd of 27.6 nM for human CD3ε. Xaluritamig binds to CD3ε via an anti-CD3 single-chain variable fragment (scFv) domain, and to STEAP1 via a bispecific anti-STEAP1 antigen-binding fragment (Fab) domain, thereby recruiting and activating T cells and forming a bridge between T cells and STEAP1-expressing cancer cells. Xaluritamig induces T cell-mediated redirected cytotoxicity, tumor cell lysis, cytokine release, CD8 + T cell activation and expansion, as well as tumor stasis or regression. Xaluritamig contains an Fc domain with no effector function, which prolongs serum half-life, exhibits only minimal activity against cells with low STEAP1 expression and normal cells, and shows extremely low target-related off-tumor toxicity in cynomolgus monkeys. Xaluritamig is used in STEAP1×CD3 XmAb 2+1 immunotherapy and in research on metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer and Ewing sarcoma .

d-(KLAKLAK)2, Proapoptotic Peptide acetate is a pro-Apoptotic peptide whose core mechanism of action is to disrupt organelle membranes, especially mitochondrial membranes, thereby inducing apoptosis. d-(KLAKLAK)2, Proapoptotic Peptide acetate activates the activity of caspase 3/7 in cancer cells. Although d-(KLAKLAK)2 Proapoptotic Peptide acetate exhibits very low toxicity to eukaryotic cells extracellularly, it cannot effectively penetrate cell membranes to enter the cytoplasm on its own. d-(KLAKLAK)2, Proapoptotic Peptide acetate must be conjugated with a carrier capable of "homing" and "internalization" to exert its anti-cancer effects .

Kaempferol 3-O-gentiobioside is an orally active flavonoid, with a Ka value of 57 µM against human NOTCH1 and an IC50 value of 50 μM against α-glucosidase. Kaempferol 3-O-gentiobioside inhibits the NOTCH signaling pathway. It downregulates the expression of TLR4 and NLRP3, and suppresses the activation and nuclear translocation of NF-κB. Kaempferol 3-O-gentiobioside inhibits the expression of MUC5AC, reduces nitrite and ROS levels, and attenuates excessive mucus secretion. It exhibits antibacterial activity, reducing the formation and growth of MRSA biofilms. Kaempferol 3-O-gentiobioside blocks the TGF-β/ALK5/Smad signaling pathway and inhibits epithelial-mesenchymal transition. It suppresses the proliferation, migration, invasion and metastatic growth of tumor cells. Kaempferol 3-O-gentiobioside alleviates airway inflammation and mucus hypersecretion in mice with allergic asthma . It reduces the volume of ovarian cancer xenografts in mice. Kaempferol 3-O-gentiobioside can be used in research related to allergic asthma, diabetes, MRSA infection, breast cancer, gastric cancer and ovarian cancer .

Ergolide is an orally active dual inhibitor targeting NF-κB/p65 and NLRP3. Ergolide blocks the NF-κB signaling pathway and the nuclear translocation of p65, and irreversibly binds to the NACHT domain of NLRP3 to inhibit inflammasome assembly. Ergolide significantly reduces the production of inflammatory mediators (e.g., NO, PGE2) and cytokines, induces cancer cell apoptosis, autophagy and ROS generation. Ergolide also enhances the anti-tumor effect of vincristine. Ergolide alleviates acute lung injury via an NLRP3-dependent mechanism, and effectively improves the survival rate and behavioral function of septic mice and inflammatory zebrafish models. Ergolide is used in the research of metastatic uveal melanoma, neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease), sepsis and acute lymphoblastic leukemia .

Cajanol is an isoflavanone that can be isolated from the roots of Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp. . Cajanol inhibits cancer cell proliferation and induces cancer cell apoptosis. Cajanol promotes the expression of Bax, inhibits the expression of Bcl-2, activates caspase-9 and caspase-3, induces PARP cleavage, arrests the cell cycle at the G2/M phase, generates ROS, disrupts mitochondrial membrane potential and triggers cytochrome c release. Cajanol induces bacterial DNA damage, disrupts bacterial cell membranes, and exerts antibacterial activity in vitro. Cajanol reduces the expression of PI3K, inhibits the phosphorylation of Akt and NF-κB, downregulates the expression and transport function of P-gp, restores the sensitivity of drug-resistant cancer cells to Paclitaxel, and inhibits the growth of Paclitaxel-resistant metastatic ovarian tumors. Cajanol is applicable to research related to breast cancer, ovarian cancer and bacterial infections .
