PHST001
PHST001 is a humanized anti-CD24 antibody. PHST001 binds cell-surface CD24, blocks CD24-Siglec10 interaction, and engages Fc receptors to promote macrophage-mediated tumor cell phagocytosis. PHST001 inhibits growth of breast cancer and ovarian cancer, and reduces metastatic lesions in mouse xenograft models. PHST001 can be used for the research of triple negative breast cancer, HER2+ breast cancer, metastatic tumors, and ovarian cancer.
For research use only. We do not sell to patients.

Biological Activity
Human
PHST001 binds specifically and with high affinity to human CD24 peptide, with no cross-reactivity to CD24 peptides from other tested species or a randomized control peptide[1].
PHST001 binds with high affinity to CD24 on the surface of multiple human cancer cell lines, including BT474, MFM223, SKBR3, OVCAR3, SKOV3, NCI-H292, NCI-H1563, BXPC3, PACADD-137, HT29, and DLD1 cell lines[1].
PHST001 induces macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of human breast (BT474, SKBR3, MFM223), colorectal (HT29, DLD1), ovarian (NCI-H292, NCI-H1563, OVCAR3, SKOV3), and pancreatic (BXPC3, PACADD-137) cancer cell lines[1].
PHST001 (5-100 μg/mL) does not induce release of IL6, TNFα, IL2, or IFNγ by human PBMCs[1].
PHST001 binds CD24 on SKOV3, OVCAR3, and primary mucinous, neuroendocrine, and serous ovarian carcinoma cells with a Kd of 31 nM to 117 nM, and binds >95% of EpCam+ cells from these primary subtypes[3].

PHST001 inhibits the formation of axillary lymph node metastases reduces the number and size of metastatic lesions in orthotopic xenograft models of human Her2+ breast cancer in NSG mice[2].
PHST001 significantly reduces the number and size of metastatic lesions in a disseminated intracardiac xenograft model of human Her2+ breast cancer in NSG mice[2].
PHST001 significantly reduces the number and size of metastatic lesions in a disseminated intracardiac syngeneic model of BT474 in nsg mice[2].
