JNK-IN-24

JNK-IN-24 (Compound 5f) (15-1000 μM, incorporated into a corn agar-based food medium) shows no lethality across the range of different doses on WT pupal development ^[1].
JNK-IN-24 (250-1000 μM, incorporated into a corn agar-based food medium, 36 h) rescues early pupal deaths to fully differentiated into pharate adults and promotes recovery from tumorous wing disc phenotype of Scrib^RNAi^[1].
