Vandortuzumab vedotin

Vandortuzumab vedotin (DSTP 3086S) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting STEAP1. Vandortuzumab vedotin binds to STEAP1 and triggers internalization, mediating the intracellular release of MMAE, which inhibits microtubule polymerization, thereby inhibiting cell division and inducing cell death. Vandortuzumab vedotin shows antitumor activity in prostate cancer xenograft tumors. Vandortuzumab vedotin can be used in research on metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer and prostate cancer.
