Biological Activity: EGFR-IN-159 (compound 12), a dihydropyrimidine, is a potent EGFR inhibitor with an IC50 value of 29.00 nM. EGFR-IN-159 exhibits dose-dependent inhibition against EGFR and HER2. EGFR-IN-159 shows cytotoxicity against MCF-7 breast cancer cells and Vero cells with IC50 values of 16.07 μg/mL and 35.98 μg/mL, respectively. EGFR-IN-159 has no BBB permeation. EGFR-IN-159 shows appreciable anti-cancer activity[1].
