1-[(4-Nitrophenyl) methyl]-1,4-diazepane (3-200 μg/mL) significantly reduces biofilm formation by Escherichia coli K-12 by 29% when administered alone at 200 μg/mL, while it exerts no significant effect at 3 μg/mL^[1].
