LAIR1 Protein, Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, His)

Kundenbewertung

Based on 1 Customer Validation

LAIR1 Protein is an inhibitory receptor found on peripheral mononuclear cells, including NK cells, T cells, and B cells. Inhibitory receptors regulate the immune response to prevent lysis of cells recognized as self. LAIR1 Protein, Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, His) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived LAIR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Beschreibung

LAIR1 Protein is an inhibitory receptor found on peripheral mononuclear cells, including NK cells, T cells, and B cells. Inhibitory receptors regulate the immune response to prevent lysis of cells recognized as self[1]. LAIR1 Protein, Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, His) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived LAIR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Background

LAIR1 Protein is a transmembrane glycoprotein with a single immunoglobulin-like domain and a cytoplasmic tail containing two immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs. LAIR1 Protein recruits SHP-1 and SHP-2 phosphatases upon activation, and cross-linking of the LAIR-1 antigen on natural killer (NK) cells results in strong inhibition of NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity[2][3].

Product Properties

Appearance

Lyophilized powder.

Formulation

Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2.

Endotoxin Level

<1 EU/μg, determined by LAL method.

Reconstitution

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Storage & Stability

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.

Versand

Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere.
