Antibacterial agent 190 shows antibacterial activity with MIC values of 0.12-0.25, 0.03, 0.12, 0.03, 0.12 µg/mL for Staphylococcus aureus USA30, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecium, Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium, Linezolid-resistant Enterococcus faecium, respectively^[1].
