[¹⁸F]FAP Ligand 3 (compound 54) (~100 μCi; intravenous; single dose) demonstrates sustained FAP-specific tumor retention in U87MG tumor-bearing mice, achieving a peak tumor-to-muscle ratio of 11 at 30 minutes postinjection with only 19% tumor uptake reduction over 90 minutes^[1].
