ATPase-IN-8

ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 72 h) potently inhibits CV-B3 replication in HeLa CCL-2 cells with an EC₅₀ of 0.5 μM, has a CC₅₀ of 22 μM, and a selectivity index of 44^[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 72 h) potently inhibits EV-D68 replication in RD cells with an EC₅₀ of 0.4 μM, has a CC₅₀ of 23 μM, and a selectivity index of 58^[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 48 h (antiviral activity); 72 h (cytotoxicity)) inhibits EV-A71 replication in RD cells with an EC₅₀ of 8 μM, has a CC₅₀ of 23 μM, and a selectivity index of 3^[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 72 h) inhibits EV-D68 induced cytopathic effect in RD cells with an EC₅₀ of 0.6 μM^[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (0.1-10 μM; 3 days) dose-dependently reduces EV-D68 plaque formation in RD cells, with complete inhibition at concentrations of 1 μM and above^[1].
