Delta-like protein 4 (DLL4) is a key participant in the Notch signaling pathway, acting as a Notch ligand with functional implications. Biological Activity

Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to enhance BMP-2 induced alkaline phosphatase activity in C3H10T1/2 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is approximately 0.1385 μg/mL in the presence of 100 ng/mL Mouse BMP-2, corresponding to a specific activity is 7.220×103 units/mg.
