2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP
2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP is an adenylate cyclase inhibitor. 2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP exerts linear noncompetitive inhibition via binding to the distinct P-site. 2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP binds and stabilizes the dimeric form of Mycobacterium avium adenylyl cyclase Ma1120 to inhibit activity.

Biologische Aktivität
2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP potently inhibits rat brain adenylyl cyclase with an IC50 of 40 nM[1].
2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP inhibits purified bovine brain adenylyl cyclase with an IC50 of 120 nM[1].
2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP directly inhibits purified recombinant Type I adenylyl cyclase (from Sf9 cells) with an IC50 of 170 nM[1].
2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP (3 min) potently inhibits Forskolin (HY-15371)-stimulated activity of purified wild-type adenylyl cyclase (wt-AC) with a Ki of 200 nM in a fluorescence-based cyclase assay[2].
