Biological Activity: 2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP is an adenylate cyclase inhibitor. 2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP exerts linear noncompetitive inhibition via binding to the distinct P-site. 2',5'-Dideoxy-3'-ATP binds and stabilizes the dimeric form of Mycobacterium avium adenylyl cyclase Ma1120 to inhibit activity[1][2][3].
